Louvered gratings consist of a flat load-bearing with a height of 20-50 mm and thickness of 2-3 mm and flat transverse dimensions identical to the flats. The connecting bars are inclined to the bearing flat bars at 45 degree angles. The assortment of production of gratings blind actuator giving the dimensions and spacing of the flat figure and an array. Louvered gratings are standardly framed with flat bars. Length and width of the bars are set between producer and customer.

Note: flat bar bracket has cut from the top of the grid at 45 degree angles.
Usage: elements of the façade, covers installation, ventilation shafts, pedestrian and other.

 

 

L –  standard grating length up to 1500[mm]

B – standard grating width up to 1500[mm]

a - space between transverse bars from 22.2 to 99.9 every 11.1  [mm]

b – space between loadbearing bars from 22.2 to 99.9 every 11.1 [mm]

h – height of the flat bars from 20 to 200 [mm]

g – flat bar thickness from 2 to 12 [mm]

 

It is possible to make louvered gratings with other dimensions according to the individual needs.
