Stainless grating

From the very beginning our company specializes in producing stainless grating 1.4301(304) and 1.4404(316L) and some other, less used types of steel. Gratings are produced according to DIN 24537 standards, then they are treated chemically in order to protect steel from corrosion. We offer wide range of gratings both in terms of types and dimensions. Stainless gratings may be produced like gratings full, pressed, louvered, and for heavy loads. Range of loadbearing flat bars starts from 20x2mm up to 200x12mm and space between grating from 11,1 to 133,2. It is possible to produce gratings with other dimensions after consulting with us. Assortment of stainless grating is the same like for carbon steel. Pressed gratings may be as well produced as slip resistant – Serrated. Based on pressed gratings we also produce stair treads following the DIN 24531 standard. Our experience in this field allows us to offer the most appropriate grating for specialised environment as well as long durability and solidity.

Choosing appropriate type of material depends on the environment in which gratings will be used. Precise description of chemical factors allows to choose proper type of steel, which has crucial impact on resistance to corrosion and the price.

When choosing grating for a project you should remember about bearing capacity of gratings, which should be calculated individually. It is not allowed to use bearing capacity table for gratings made of carbon steel due to smaller yield point which is about 190 MPa.
